Original 400 Years Is Enough Shirt

Kigali is an amazing, safe, clean city. I'm a white dude, and can walk around, day or night, in nearly all of the city without worrying any more than I would in a large i.e. European city. The most you have to worry about is the occasional persistant child begging. Transport (buses, taxis, moto) are all well organised, regulated and (relatively) safe - especially compared to other large cities in the region. Stuff works - Street lights! Mobile network! Power supply! Roads are in good condition, and there is virtually no litter due to a combination of loads of bins, an apparent army of street workers, banning of plastic bags and Umuganda - the monthly communal.

Not only that, but this was exactly what we needed to get people interested in politics. As the ripple effects have been felt throughout every part of the country. Also the polls in 2016 severely underrepresented non-college voters something the 2020 polls have theoretically.
